Supreme Court Upholds First Amendment Rights in AFPF v. Bonta

In its ruling in Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta, the United States Supreme Court has affirmed that all Americans should have the ability to exercise their First Amendment rights privately. We believe it is necessary for individuals to be able to express and promote their viewpoints through associational affiliations without personally exposing themselves to a political firestorm or governmental retaliation, and today’s decision upholds those rights.
